All visual content displayed on Lewdflix is exempt from the record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. §2257, 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. 75 for the following reasons:

Lewdflix does not produce any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct. All adult games available on Lewdflix are developed by independent third-party creators who have shared their works online.
