DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

Lewdflix respects the intellectual property rights of content owners and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). As a platform that hosts adult games created and distributed by independent third-party developers, Lewdflix does not produce the games or their content. Our role is limited to providing access to content made publicly available by others.

If you believe that any material available through Lewdflix infringes your copyright or the copyrights of another party, you may request removal of that material by submitting a notification of claimed infringement in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

Your written notice must include all of the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to allow Lewdflix to locate the material on our website.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient for Lewdflix to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Submitting false claims under the DMCA may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Lewdflix acts as a third-party hosting and access platform. Responsibility for ensuring that games and content comply with copyright law rests with the developers and copyright owners.

Lewdflix may disable access to or remove content at its discretion in response to DMCA notifications.
